Experience + Technical Knowledge
Paige’s responsibilities include business development and deal origination for the firm. Her M&A experience includes serving on the Business Development team with Caddo Lake Capital, a boutique investment bank. In this role, she focused on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing relationships with centers of influence, private equity groups and strategic buyers. Previously, she worked in wealth management for a fintech RIA where she specialized in business development and also provided financial planning for new and existing clients.
Paige holds a BA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She graduated with honors and played centerfield for the softball team while on a four-year athletic scholarship.
Elizabeth’s responsibilities include business development and deal origination for the firm. Her experience includes serving as an operational leader and Senior Sales Executive at Marriott International. In this role, she focused on the prospecting and qualification of accounts, building client relationships and securing group business with intermediaries and direct buyers for large conventions.
Elizabeth received a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management from University of Central Florida and a Certificate in Managerial Communication from Cornell University.
Christin’s responsibilities include business development and deal origination for the firm. Her previous experience includes serving in various executive leadership capacities at a luxury senior living community and multiple resorts and hotels within The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott portfolios. In these roles, she focused on achieving organizational sales goals and driving top-line performance by providing leadership and guidance to her sales and operational teams, creating and executing marketing strategies, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and building client rapport.
Christin received a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
Neil is a Managing Director at Stonewood Partners.
He is responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies on behalf of private equity groups and corporate buyers. Over the past 10 years, Neil has worked with many of the nation’s leading financial and strategic buyers sourcing proprietary investment opportunities, developing acquisition search strategies, and successfully managing targeted search programs. He has led search efforts for both new platforms and add-on companies in a diverse group of industries including niche manufacturing, business services, industrial products and services, IT, consumer products, healthcare and financial services. He began his career as a management consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting).
Neil received a B.S. degree in Finance from Arizona State University and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship.
Scott’s responsibilities include advising private business owners who were seeking private-equity solutions to maximize personal wealth creation and assisting in the procurement and processes leading to completed transactions. His M&A experience includes serving as an Associate with Lake Capital, a private equity firm focused on middle market service-based companies. In this role, he provided research and market intelligence to the internal deal origination team as well as portfolio company leadership. Previously, he founded a business that provided outsourced research services to private equity firms. Managing the complete life cycle of each client engagement, Scott provided thoroughly researched market reports and deal origination services to private equity firms.
Scott holds a BBA, General Business and an MBA from Stetson University where he was recognized as a Florida Academic Scholar.
